ALLRIGHT
AIRPORT PARKING operates
14 courtesy shuttle vans, capable of transporting 8-12 passengers,
with luggage, in climate controlled comfort, to and from the airport.
Each of our
drivers, come from different backgrounds, but were selected for their
comittment to safety, courtesy, and excellence. Each have been
trained to demanding standards in the following areas.

Customer service
- Safe operation
- Luggage
care and handling
(We even teach
them to handle heavy luggage.)
So
how does our shuttle system work?
Our shuttle
system begins, the moment you arrive at our lot.
When you arrive
at our gate, our cashier will greet you, and direct you to your
parking row. If you wish any of our special services, the cashier
will quickly find out, and provide you with the information you'll need.
As you drive
through our gate, en route to your parking spot, our cashier is on
our two way radio, contacting our drivers and letting them know that
you are parking, where you're parking at, and they'll also relay if
you are pressed for time.
Our drivers
react accordingly, and when you turn down the row you've been
directed to park in, you'll soon find one of our shuttles in your rear-view
mirror.
When you have
parked, our driver will exit the shuttle, greet you, and assist you
in getting your luggage aboard the shuttle. The driver will then
convey you in a safe, efficient manner to the airport terminals,
specifically, depending on which airline you're flying with that day.
At the
terminal, the driver will assist you in unloading your luggage at the
curbside, as well as accept your order for our special services, if any.
That's
your trip out... when you come back...
Our drivers
maintain a presence at the airport, circling through the baggage
claim terminals.
When you
reclaim your luggage after your arrival in the airport, if you follow
the signs to GROUND TRANSPORTATION, you will come outside to the
curbside, where you will see our shuttles, driving slowly through the terminals.
To be picked
up... you simply raise your hand and wave, then point to our shuttle
bus... Our driver will then pull over, park and then assist you in
loading the luggage onto our shuttle.
The driver will
then convey you back to our lot. If you have had any of our special
services done to your vehicle, please let the driver know when they
pick you up. They will contact the cashier, so that your keys will be
'at the ready' upon your arrival back at the lot.
Once on the
lot, the driver will take you to your vehicle, and assist you with
offloading your luggage, and can assist you in loading it back into
your vehicle.
At this point,
you're ready to proceed to the cashier...
If
you have trouble starting your vehicle, or if you find you have a
flat, or any other problem. Let the driver know, and they will assist
you. If they've moved on to drop off someone else, simply flag down
any shuttle you can see on the lot, and the driver will lend a hand.
SAFETY
Our drivers
pride themselves on making your journey as pleasant as possible. Road
and traffic conditions are foremost on their minds during the
workday. Safety is job #1 to an Allright driver. In order to maintain
safety during transit, our drivers advise the following.

Please watch
your step when boarding the shuttle, particularly when the weather is inclement.
- While the
bus is in motion, please remain in your seat.
- Please
refrain from smoking on the shuttle.
- If there is
anything we can do, to make your day a little easier, don't hesitate
to bring it to our attention.
